"Our stay was brief and comfort after a long drive was key. The room reaked of smoke even though we booked a non smoking room. The floor tile was cracked and stained. The stains looked as though they had been sealed into the floor. When I informed the staff they did not offer any recompense other than, thank you for telling us."
